Hello everyone,
I have a problem installing the Octane plugin for Cinema 4D R18 on Mac OS X..8.5 on a Mac Pro early 2009:
I installed the plugin following the instructions of the manual but the plugin does not appear in the menus of Cinema 4d (see screenshots).
Moreover, when I launch the Octane Standalone version, I have an error message.
I specify that it should not come from the graphics card because I already managed to install Octane on a Mac Pro of late 2013 with Max Os X.13.6, which does not yet have an appropriate graphics card at the moment.
Do you know where this problem can come from?
Thank you in advance for your answers

Hi,
you need to install Sierra, or High Sierra to be able to work with latest versions of OctaneRender.
For Sierra you need CUDA 387.178:
https://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-cu ... river.html
For High Sierra you need CUDA 410.130:
https://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-cu ... river.html
You also need to install the latest Nvidia GPU driver for the specific osx version installed:
