Activating V4 plugin houdini 17

I installed the V4standalone of octane, and the plugin for houdini from my substription license + all access.

The houdini plugin comes from my account download page.

But I have this message : What can I do ?

Perhaps you could try to deactivate all your licenses from your user web page account and try again, but if the problem is still there, please send an email to [email protected] to let the licensing team help you with this issue.

I had the same problem and here is the answer from OTOY "Unfortunately, the All Access Plan plugins is not yet ready for release. We're expecting it to go live early 2019. Here is a link to our FAQ with more information. I apologize for the inconvenience and delay"

Is it still a problem? bought a subscription yesterday and now I am getting the same thing. Are they selling something that does not work?

Yeah. Purchased today - still the same This is very, very ugly - I purchased a product that I can't use and no warning was to be found anywhere. My subscription time is passing yet I can't use the product. I expect some sort of refund - license extension or something.
