i have the latest experimental and am interested in testing denoising, volume specifically:
PT has no effects whatsoever in the LV. i am switching A/B - no difference. in the LV the small "DeMain" button next to "Main" is not progressing while rendering. the "Noise" button does display the noise pass though.
the DL kernel only seems to denoise objects, not DOF and the background. infact the background is noisier in the normal pass.
what am i doing wrong?

Hi,
please note that the rendering is slower if On completation is disabled, since the denoising process takes time and will repeted at each sampling intervall.
My suggestion is to leave the On completation active, start with few sampling, and doble the value untill you find the minimum sapling necessary before starting denoising.
