Hello
We have an architectural animation to render (5040 frames) and we are looking into the Octane render cloud solution. We own Octane 3.08 standalone - license, no subscription- and we find difficult to understand the way Octane cloud works. For instance we tried to pay for a subscription to the ORC but we can't calculate the time or the amount of money we have to pay to get the service we need. We sort of calculated based on the OB of our system (180) that we'd need the 48000 OB solution. As the animation takes around 3 minutes per frame on my system, I think that I'd need to pay more than 50 bucks of subscription to complete the render on ORC but It seems impossible as the maximum amount is 50 us dollar.
Anyone could get us started or give us the way to proceed? The OTOY Help pages ( OctaneRender Cloud Getting Started) didn't really helped us to get going.
Thank you

Hello Beppe
The scene isn't loaded because we can't get to this part, the loading page. So far we can't pay (or know exactly) the amount of money required to calculate our 5040 frames. Most render farm have a cost calculator, which makes It easy to know and pay the right amount upfront. Besides, like I said, the max amount is limited to 50 bucks.
We sent a message to get more help and lift the 50 dollar limit.
