Hi,
I've been using Octane now for many months commercially and I have noticed that over the course of producing scores of interiors that some seem to converge a lot easier and faster than others. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it - no two interiors are the same obviously but all have similar furniture, window/floor area similarities and are roughly the same size in area.
The modelling has been done by different people so i was wondering if that was it? Some were a bit scruffy, others were very precise in terms of walls meeting and all corners snapped etc.
The same material library had been used across all of them so i dont think that was it.

I'd like to find out what it is so i can make all my interiors the same way :)
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

try the new demo 2.47 build. It may just solve all of your problems.
