Hello,

I want to do a slow motion / bullet time effect with a fluid by animating the time scale parameter on the RF scene.
The mesher object has the octane tag with the vertex tags for the motion blur.
Camera also has the tag with motion blur activated.
When rendering the sequence C4D crashes on the first keyframe of the time scale animation. I've tried with other renderers and had no problem.

Are you sure it's a octane problem? I see it's crashing at realflow.dll not Octane.

Hi Aoktar,

Thanks for replying.

I have tried rendering the same scene with Arnold and Redshift and it works fine.
And I also tried exporting an alembic and rendering it from a fresh new scene and I get the same error, exactly when the time scale animation starts.
I if switch off motion blur from the camera tag and use guids is on it works but I won't get motion blur from other elements in the scene that are moving.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Hector
