Hi there!
I just purchased the redspec wet skin shaders, and its stunning! the hair of my character remains dry, though, and I wanted to know if you guys have any tips/ways to make the hair look wet as well?

Wet hair is not only dependant on the surface material of the figure / prop, but mostly on the shape of the geometry.
Wet hair clusters a lot and the shape of the hair needs to reflect that.
Once you have a hair figure that does that, you can simply use RedSpec TGX Hair on it and you'll see that it will look just like wet hair would.
