C4D plug in not working

Hello,

I downloaded and installed then extracted it to the plugins folder of cinema 4D but it still doesn’t appear whenever i boot up cinema 4D. I confused I have double checked that I extracted the octane to the plugins folder I am confused am I missing some kind of dependency, is this a version issue, or I have extracted it to the wrong folder.

Hava you read install notes? First you're installing it to wrong location, rest in notes.
