maybe its already on your list.

Just want to remark, that in 3.08 1 R2 it is still happening, that
Kernel is automaticly changing to info-channel.

Yes, i'm aware of that. Still i couldn't solved but I'm trying to find where it happens and fix this annoying bug. Thanks for asking again!
