[SOLVED]Is the license key platform independent?

On the purchasing page I am asked to select the OS I would like to purchase the license for. Will I have access to both Win/Linux versions after i buy it? Would I be able to dual boot, deactivate it on one OS and then use the same key on the other?

A license can be activated, deactivated and activated again endless times across all platforms.
You do have to wait 60 minutes between deactivating and reactivating though.
