New sub locking me out

Just paid for a sub and I can't use it...Keep getting an error saying all of my sub licenses are in use...I went to the site and released them and I still can't use them....I have an insane deadline for a job....which is why I got the sub...this is really fucking up my day. I don't have time for this shit. It worked when I first installed it.
