The release candidate has already been in internal tests and is expected to be available soon.
This candidate includes 3.08 stable, 2.79b, some new features, and most of the reported bug fixes.
Yes, we will release a DEMO version too.

So, not yet? 3.08 - 15.2.3 [STABLE] is out.. but no demo version.
