Hi guys,
I was wondering if there is a clean way to avoid the seams occurring when rendering post effects (I think its the bloom) onto 360degree spherical/panoramic animations for youtube for example.
Is there something like 360-post effects?
Thanks in advance!
Best, Remo
Post effects causing seams in 360 spherical animation

Hi Remo,
unfortunately, since it’s a post effect, is affected by the border of the image.
As a workaround, since the post effect needs only few samples, eg.32/64 sampling, you can rotate the camera 180°, and render another post effect pass, to have a different seem, and merge it with the first post effect, to remove the seem, by sliding half way.
ciao Beppe
