Hi,

I'm sure there is something about it but I didn't found how to use Local LiveDB.

Thanks

Hi,

The localDB works like the liveDB feature, but you need to set the folder that will be used to store the materials in the plugin options panel, Options tab (the first parameter).

Thanks,

Hmm, but this seems a copy of the LiveDB data inside your LocalDB folder. If you are trying to download LiveDB materials you should get them from the LiveDB tab. What is the origin of all these folders in your LocalDB directory?

Thanks,

Hi Juan

I downloaded it from Otoy web but it seems it works only with modo. I believe these livedb in local will work with Lightwave too.
I prefer to use these materials in local.

Sorry, I think that these materials are already converted to the Modo format, so they are not going to work with LightWave. You need to use the online LiveDB database.

Thanks,
-Juanjo
