Hey everyone.
I remember reading somewhere that Paride would make a short tutorial on how to send a scene from 3ds Max to Standalone. Did he ever post that?
I'm curious about the workflow. Paride said it was a fairly straightforward process, but I've never attempted it before since I've never had the need. However right now I have some shots that could truly benefit from the new denoiser and I was hoping I could just send these scenes to Standalone and do that. I'm also not sure if version number prevents this right now. I'm in Max 2018 using Octane 3.06.4 - 4.38.
Do the scenes have to be static or are moving cameras ok? I have some drivermaster car animations that I doubt will survive any sort of conversion process though.

Hi wrenthereaper,
I'm preparing a tutorial but I have not posted it yet.
while I do it, I'm listing some developer requests for a better workflow export than now.
Regards
Paride
