Now there is a new standalone plugin for sketchup that does exactly that
Seach for the plugin ClothWorks via the sketchucation toolbar.
ps. i have nothing to do with the development nor do i earn money it
- just looking forward to see what people can create. pps. it's not free, and it's not cheap nor that expensive.
