Hi, i just saw octane 4 video where they were moving geometry inside octane standalone. I didn't know it was possibile. apparently it was also possible in ocane 3.

Can anyone explain how to do it?

In the video i see the move tool or translate. But i can't find it anywhere.

Try the geometry->placement node :)

As cgpanda said - then select that "placement" node nad enable gizmo in the viewport panel - you should see the gizmo on the render (you can switch between local and world coordinates).
Best practice is to use separate camera node (since octane can handle only one viewport) to manipulate objects.

Ho to set up:
You need to connect geometry node to the placement node and placement node to render target. This way you can have one geometry, and as many instances of it as many placement nodes will fit on your screen (which means a lot) - memory usage still low :)
