What will the plugin for Unreal Engine exactly do?

I am familiar now with UE4, and all of its menacing nodes.
Is Octane going to be an alternate to the "Build Lighting" protocol, meaning instead of using UE4's own light builder we will also have the option to use an Octane Plugin to run the light building?
Would materials be altered from within the horror-show that is the UE4 node-graph, or from Octane's external node-graph, that could be exported to standalone?

Exciting times!!!
Me likey these developments very very mucho!
And all kidding aside I like UE4, so definitely interested to hear what will be up with Octane's plugin for UE4...
or UE5...

I would especially be looking forward to using the Octane Daylight sun.

I think the most exciting thing here would be to export a complete modeled scene with octane shaders and lights from your favorite software + Octane plugin into Unreal/Unity to create your virtual reality experarience right away... without the hassle of learning all the stuff from these game engines...

Like an ORBX to bypass the FBX, right? I know, Unreal's handling of FBX is pretty cumbersome the way it brings in materials.
To me the most annoying this is this....
No easy camera import...! :?
