No R19 File When Downloaded.

So I Bought And Just Downloaded Octane For C4D. I installed it all right and did the installation right. I see the octane tab on the top. But No selection showed up. I wanted to know why so i checked the octane folder and i say i has r18 instead of r19. so i brought back all files and saw no r19? I re-downloaded and all that but still no r19 the demo has it though
Did you please carrefully readed the install notes or readme.txt?

please, go to your personal Downloads area, and download v3.07-R2.
For a correct installation of c4doctane plugin, firstly you need to update your Maxon C4D to the latest build, (R16.050, R17.053, R18.057, R19.024), or the plugin will not be correctly loaded.
Then copy the uncompressed c4doctane folder in Program files/Maxon/C4D RXX/plugin directory.
And then, remove from the c4doctane folder, all the unnecessary c4doctane-RXX.cdl64 files not related with RXX specific version, and leave only one c4doctane-RXX.cdl64 file in Program files/Maxon/C4D RXX/plugin/c4doctane directory.
