3D textured Fog?

Hey gang,

I am scratching my head here trying to get some kind of procedural 3D textures to show up in Octane's Medium, either as part of the environment or using the Volumetric object Procedural tool.

I have tried using LW procedurals plugged into Volume Ramps plugged into the volume medium, I have tried using octane procedural noise plugged into the Scatter and Absorption inputs on the scattering medium with no luck what so ever. I am otherwise able to generate nice looking volumetric fog, but I want to be able add some texture to it to give it more shape and variation. I would rather not have to generate a large simulation using TFD or Blender Fluids.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
