ORC payment not redirecting to Paypal, can't buy credits.

I've emailed [email protected] and [email protected] and I need to get a job rendering ASAP. I go to purchase credits, I click the checkboxes until it brings up the payment options of PayPal or RNDR and I click Paypal. A black box comes up that says redirecting and it just sits there forever, not happens. How can I get this resolved so I can get my job rendering?
