Hi there,

I am playing around and I am having trouble getting the same rendering results across all octane and unity windows.
Is it the Unity - Player Settings - "Linear" Color Space? .. I hope not, since we are using in all our projects linear color space...

Please check my screenshot, it should show everything.

The Unity viewport uses a different gamma value from the Octane viewport, this is a display limitation. The image as seen in the Octane viewport will be what gets saved to disk.

Thanks for the info.
No offense, but whats then the use of the PBR View, if it's not showing me the correct result?
What's the intended workflow here? Any tips appreciated, thanks!

We have a solution for this issue that should create the same results in both windows.
Linear in general also is getting another update pass.

Hello,

I have run into the same situation regarding the different display views between the PBR Viewport and the Node Editor. Do you know when you will implement a fix for that? It makes the workflow really unsuitable in several aspects, would be great to have a workaround as soon as possible.

Thank you.
