Hi Jeroen, I have not seen that error before. Are you sure you have write access to the file and folder you are saving to? If so, then can you pls open a ticket via the Support->Submit a Request button at the top of this page so that OTOY can investigate the issue.

OK, I just did.

It mostly caused on uncommon characters used on the directory structure.

like

c:\look at this letters ÜİŞÇ\new project\project.fileextension
