hi everyone,

I'm new in octane : )
I have problem with the glass material

In the picture 1, it is what i want : a nice transparency material without deformation (but on this one i don't have the nice reflection from glass material)
In the picture 2, it is what i get when i use a glass material from the live library. But I don't want the glass deformation.

Scene : simple scene with 2 octane lights in Pathtracing

Any ideas to deal with that ?

Thx

Hi rtoffoli,
you need to add thickness to your glass, otherwise Octane assumes that it is a volume full of glass, that reacts like a magnifying lens.
