Hi nexusdesigns,
please, check the settings in AE, it seems that you have saved the render in linear space from c4doctane, but in AE you seems to have an higher gamma value.
With a 0.454 Gamma correction, everything should look the same, I guess.

When u render linear/linear i d strongly suggest use EXR. Anything else in 16 bit is not gonna represent the true tonal range. EXR Is an industry standard and non replaceable with any other format.

Besides this, check ur camera imager (octane camera tag), put it on linear (no LUTS) and gamma 2.2 and u ll see a match probably, cause octane by default renders with the first LUT (therefore the greenish hue)
So in ur live viewer u see the clamped result, while in export u get a linear file (i suspect also that png in linear has issues).

If u want what u see in the live viewer exactly, in ur export settings set it to srgb/tonemapped instead of linear/linear. Ur image will be clamped, but will be exactly what u see. Up to you.

cheers
