So I just purchased the Octane 3 plugin for C4D and accidentally clicked "offline activation" the first time I tried to activate.

I got an error message saying that I was unable to activate it offline, but now when I try to go back or click the 'log in as a different user' button, the plugin crashes c4d.

I've tried reinstalling the plugin and I still get the same problem—doesn't let me enter my login credentials again.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you log in with the same details and then uncheck the Offline Activation. Activate in cinema, close it and change the method back to Offline. That's what I did and I don't have any issues starting C4D and don't have the lag of activation every time too. May be wrong though

It won't let me reinput the login details—when I launch the app, I immediately get that offline activation message, and it crashes when I try to hit the back or login as different user buttons.

The crash you see will be fixed in the next release, in the meantime you could revert to the previous version just to sign out for the moment and sign in without using offline mode.

Apologies for that.
