i subscribed to octane vr thru paylpal .... i've received nothing from your part neither a mail nor a link.... nothing , same thing with paypal
thinking i did something wrong. I went thru the subscribing process a second time ....still nothing .
I have tried to send you an email ..... your website didn't delivery it . That's why i decided to use the forum to try to resolve my problems, even if i understand that it will take time to get an answer that way!

hi piefr1, glad to find your sos here I'd like to help out with this. your handle here on the forum is colored purple, so my guess is that your subscription has actually gone through alright. could your email address be filtering out emails from our server? have you checked your spam folders? I've created a ticket on our [email protected] so you should get an email from help channel really soon (I hope it doesn't get filtered out as well). cheers
