Noisy Aliased Edges with Object Masks

I'm trying to render out some different object masks for my objects but the matte's that are coming out are very noisy, aliased and ultimately not useable because in comp they are chattery.

What is the way to get clean object masks?

Have you ever checked saved images in After effects? They have alpha channel to get clean mattes.
