this is the problem:
i have a motherboard whit this slot: 1 (x16) & 1 (x4 in x16) PCI-Express
i have two VGA: GTX260 (for screen) and GTX560ti 2gb (for render)
I don't want buy another motherboard so i don't know what to do:
VGA gtx260 into slot x16_VGA gtx560 into slot x4
or
VGA gtx260 into slot x4_VGA 560 into slot x16?
What is the best choice?

tonight i see into my pc and....surprise!!!
My gtx 560ti gainward is too large and cover second slot x4 (in x16) so the only one solution is to move this vga card into slot x4 and the second vga into slot x16...(see image)
I hope this is a good solution for octane...

Yep, put your 560ti in the x4 slot for rendering and the 260 in the x16 slot for display.
The x4 PCIE bus is a bit slower but once the 560 is loaded up with a scene to render it will still function at full speed.
If in doubt just run a demo scene with just the 560 ti in the x16 slot and then compare its speed with it fitted in the x 4 slot using the above configuration.
