if i set shadow option none,soft and hard in area light, octane seems doesn't work correctly. the shadows appeare always hard
any suggestion ? Thanks and sorry for my english

There are no shadow options in Octane, since it's a physically based renderer. You always have shadows and the "softness" depends on the size of the mesh (/area) light. If the light is large, the shadow is soft, if the light is tiny, the shadow is hard.capitanlibeccio wrote:hi,
