Remove Octane menu?

Very cool preview, but now the Octane menu seems to be permanently embedded in my Unity menu. How do I get rid of it and fully uninstall Octane?

At the moment you can only remove the install option by manually going to your unity.exe folder. Then Editor\Data\UnityExtensions\Unity and remove the OctaneInstaller folder.
(I have added the option to remove it via the uninstall button in future versions)
