Hi,
I am planing to buy new computer. ( socket 2066, X299 motherboard ) There is no onbord graphic card and I am gonna buy 1080 ti. I don't want to dedicate one of my 1080 ti. So How can I manage this problem?

Os and monitor/s need Vram:
Windows 10 eats a large chunk of device memory so is unavailable for render.
This occurs even on GPUs which are not connected to a screen.

Window7 eats less Windows 10 Vram and has not this issue.
In either case Octane Render is not the cause of this condition.
Other applications could use your 1080TIs Vram: photoshop, chrome etc.
My advice is to use a single GPU for OS and monitors only (using windows 7)
For example, a gtx 1060 connected to the monitor and not used for Octane render.
To disable it from Octane Render:
Render Setup > Device > uncheck 1 x GPU (e.g GTX 1060)
In this way you will get the most performance with yours 1080Tis
Alternatively you could use one of your 1080TIs only for Os and Monitor, excluding it from Octane Render.

Thank you for advice I am aware the situation. I know Win 10 eats vram but I need to use rest of vram. I am also using Standalone and it's ok when I use my 780ti. I think it is kind of bug for 3d Max. I hope I could express my problem.

Hi Buraq,
I do not think any issue about Vram Usage.
As you can see in the screenshot, everything is right.
Octane Render Stand Alone needs less Vram than 3dsMAx, but that's right.
In your case is:
3072 Vram on board (780ti)
1700 Vram avaible (around -20% windows - 3dsMax)
