Hi All,
just after a clarification on the way Octane uses VRam.
I understand if you're using multiple cards for rendering with Octane then the amount of VRam used is equal to the lowest amount of Vram available on the cards as it has to load the entire scene onto both cards.
Does this apply if you tell Octane to use only one card on your system?
eg., If I have 2 cards, one with 1gb for display purposes only and one with 3gb for rendering with Octane and I disable the 1gb card in preferences, will the 3gb be used?
Thanks in advance,
Steve
