Hello guys, I'm currently trying to make rounded edges work, but with no success. I've read in release information that transition between Modo's rounded edge material and Octane should work fine, but so far I wasn't able to make it. Could somebody please share some basic scene with me? Something that I could learn on? Or is it bugged? I/m using Modo 10 with 3.06 Octane. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
Thank you in advance!

Hi - you need Live Geometry Update and Load Cage ticked for the mesh which has the round edges. https://docs.otoy.com/Modo_Plugin_Manua ... 0Items.htm

Thank you Paul, it works now. However, it's making those weird shapes as you can see in attached image. Is this something that I can fix or just a limitation of Octane?
Thank you,
Jakub

Hi Jakub - that is probably a limitation of Octane. However if you increase the polygon density of the cage mesh (Geometry->Polygon->Subdivide), you might be able to improve the result.
