Sorry, it is hard to say. Otoy has migrated all the docs site to a new platform, and we are trying to have all ready to continue updating the docs information. I hope to have more news soon.
I've found, that you can read the Octane Standalone Edition manuals and get most of what you need. The application specific issues and settings can be found in the LW manuals. (I was having the same issues with the new manuals)
