I have a 780ti and a 1080ti seahawk X which is not going full load in live viewer for some reason.
The 1080ti is going around 70% and the 780Ti is running 70-80%. The temps are 50C so it shouldnt be throttling down.

What is wrong? Any settings i need to pay attention to?

My workstation at work with x4 1080 is running up in the 90's.

It maybe spesific case for your scene. Have you checked on several different scenes?
