Rhino Plugin Export to Octane Standalone

Does the current Rhino Plugin for Octane V3 allow me to setup in Rhino, apply some basic maps and materials, then export to Octane Standalone?
I really struggle with the plugin interface and would be more comfortable and productive tweaking the materials and scene in Standalone.

I have used Octane with Rhino for while ; be patient , I think its the best plug in for rendering for rhino bar none
