Render multiple cameras at once

I know Octane plugin uses poser's view-port to render. But I was thinking, would it be possible to render multiple cameras at the same time, using poser camera layout feature (setting each view-port to a dolly camera of course). This would be an amazing feature to have for all animators like me.
Also a side note: Still waiting on that batch render to.
