VDB scaling problem

HI Simon,

There seems to be a scaling problem with the VDB container. If I import the VDB file into Carrara, the VDB container isn't at the correct position and the correct size even if I click "Fixed scale." Importing the ABC file (created with the plugin) and the VDB file into Octane Render Standalone works well (correct position + correct size).

Seems to be a Feet/Meter problem. Modified the scale to 3.05 and it fits correctly.
