Those low-poly artifacts around the curves of your nose are pretty bad. I wish they would fix that! You could try subdividing the mesh...how many polys is it now?

Also the texture looks pretty low res. Do you have a bump map and spec map? I haven't done this but a friend of mine is working on a face so I hear a bit about it. He used this tutorial:

did you use path tracing? it looks like it might be direct lighting.

never done a face so I got no room to comment on the modeling.
CPU - i7-950 3.06 Ghz, 24GB Ram, Win7 x64, 2 display monitors, GeForce GTX 580 3GB Classified. I'm glad to say I LOVE OCTANE!
