changing max samples rendering starts from scratch

Hi Paul,

I do not know if this is to set different in the plugin... (or is Standalone issue)
when changing max samples (i.e. from 128 to 1024... the rendering starts all over from scratch, instead of continueing from the 128 rendered samples.
