Hi guys!
Can you explane what for side node needs? And how it use?
I have a task to make some holographics elements using by alpha texture.
There is a problem, texture emission emitted only one side, normal side, another side is black mask.
Is there any solutions for this? Maybe another way to do this? Thank you!

Hi milo_dude,
in Octane, polygons can emit light only from the normal side.
The most used workaround is to duplicate and invert the normal of the polygon, moving it out just a bit to avoid intersections (Normal move command). You also need to flip the projection on the back side.
