Minimum hair thickness

Hello,
Is there a way to reduce the hair thickness behind 0.01 ?

I have a very tiny scene that need to render splines as hair, but it should be at least 0.005

You can manually revise it from objecttag.res file. I'll show exact place when i returned.

Thanks Aoktar, I think I've found it.
Question, if I use a render farm, will this new setting of objecttag.res should be modified too in their machines ?
