I am getting these errors when trying to render anything;

WARNING:

All the GPUs are disabled, check the GPUs settings.

then

ERROR:

Rendering failure. Octane can't render the scene. Check the available GPU memory or the scene complexity.

Then nothing happens.

Please help.

Thanks

Hi,

The problem can be related to the NVIDIA drivers. Octane 3.06 only can work with the latest CUDA 8 drivers, that by the way, are not available for OSX 10.10

Please, update your drivers (and your OS, if you are not working with OSX 10.11 or 10.12). This should fix your problem.

Thanks,

Hello, I have same problem but on linux. I have the latest available nvidia driver installed..
gtx 780 Ti with Centos. The driver was released on 2017.2.14

Do you think that it is too old??

Hi,

I'm not sure. I suppose that a driver released on 2017.2.14 should work, but update it to the latest one if possible to be sure. Do you have this problem also with the Standalone?

Thanks,
