GPU usage

I am using the render queue to process out animations, have the priority for the GPUs set to high, yet it only shows that my GPUS are running at around 45%-65%. I would love for them to be working harder. Any ideas?

Untick "Use Priority" to let your GPUs run unthrottled.

That didn't make any difference. I am starting to believe that the issue may be how the GPU usage and temperatures are calculated/displayed. For example, it is showing the wrong temperatures on the cards, mixing them around.
