Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lessen the noise levels in the image below. It's for an animation and render times per frame are already high. Apart from a lift in brightness, Directlighting seems to give similar results but with lower render times

mmmm interesting, hi by the way :)

first of all put your GI clamp down to 1 and dont know why by defualt its set so high.

theres is no one click fix for this how many lights do you have? how are you getting the light into the scene, how are the shaders setup to interact with the light and so on
i can take a look at the scene for you if you would like.

Hi Benjamin,

Hello and thanks for your reply. I actually think it was just a one click fix. I had an environment with fog and it looks like that was what was causing all the issues. Ended up turning it off and will just add it in post i guess. It's rendering in no time now and without any noise.
