Octane render VR subscribe

today i try to pay subscription OctaneVR for CINEMA 4D® Combo but paypal payment only had to plugin(cinema4d) the then $ 10
I repeated payment to another account paypal and got the same problem. now I have two subscriptions to the cinema and not one for the standalone
