RELEASE 3.05.3.0
=============================================
* NEW PLUGIN FEATURES:
- New options in the plugin options panel to remove the IPR borders, buttons and statistics.
- Pin and animation options for the dirt node "tolerance" parameter.
- Frame offset parameter in the TFD volumetrics panel.
- New option "File From Render Globals" in the passes node to get the passes file name from the Layout Render Globals panel, "RGB Files" parameter.
* PLUGIN BUGS FIXED:
- The Layout render region is rendered displaced if used with the overscan feature enabled. Fixed.
- Fixed a problem with the animated cameras exported to .orbx files.
- Materal conversion issue: Specular amount only gets put into the Red channel of the octane node. Fixed.
* NEW OCTANE FEATURES:
- Added new options to specify a ground colour and the transition from sky to ground colour to the daylight environment node.
- The daemon list shows the computer name of the master that is bound to a daemon, which allows you to figure out who is currently occupying it.
- Replaced the "distributed ray tracing" option in the info channels kernel node with a new enum option "sampling mode" - which does the same as the option in the render passes node.
- Optimized the film buffer sizes for the wireframe passes and deep pixel rendering.
* OCTANE BUGS FIXED:
- Fixed inverted vertex normals when the geometry is subdivided.
- Fixed box mapping when used in a emission distribution texture.
- Fixed the motion vector pass: which may produce in non-continuous motion vectors when modifying the shutter interval or subframe interval
- Fixed texture environment mapping when X axis translation is set to anything different from zero
- Fixed a crash when setting any displacement texture UV transform scale component to zero
- Fixed shadow catcher material to take media into account
Thanks,
-Juanjo

IPR without clutter is a nice addition.
If IPR is without borders it always positions itself in the top left corner, it should position itself to the last IPR window position used. Also in that mode it is impossible to move the window around. There should be a shortcut like CRTL + click anywhere in the window + DRAG to reposition window.
We are missing Octane_Reset command in a command list to assign to a shortcut now that we can hide this button we can't use this command via shortcut.

Thanks for adding the "File From Render Globals" option, this saves one step for each render!

Hi Juanjgon
Thanks for the update.
Regarding turning off the IPR Buttons, IPR Stat line is there a way you could have that as a shortcut key or could you turn it off directly in the IPR window itself (Like a toggle button on/off so you can show it when you need it). Right now once you have it set in the plugin options I don't see a way of how to do control some of the things that the buttons controlled, Perspective, Clay rendering... etc because the buttons are now gone.
Thanks,
Jason

There are several commands to control the IPR already available, that you can map to any key. You can also put them in a menu branch (some of them are already available in the main Octane menu branch). Check all the Octane_IPR_**** commands.jsboudreau wrote: Regarding turning off the IPR Buttons, IPR Stat line is there a way you could have that as a shortcut key or could you turn it off directly in the IPR window itself. Thanks, I see the IPR Commands but there is only 5 from what I can tell (Open IPR, Reload Scene, Redraw Image, Pause IPR and Render Resolution ) How do you do all the other commands without the buttons.
Is it impossible to turn the buttons and stat line off from the IRP window itself? It would be nice so you could just turn it off for a moment and then turn it back on when you need it. The way it is now you have to change it in the plugin options and then re-open the IPR Window.
Is there a reason why you can't resize the IRP window smaller horizontally, I understand it's because there are buttons but what about when the buttons are turned off.
Also when I change my IRP windows back to default in the plugin options it still keeps it's previous size. For example if I set my IPR window to be custom 320x240 it works but when I set it back to default and open the ipr window it
is still set to 320x240 it doesn't go to it's default size.
Thanks,
Jason
