Reflection Samples in Specular vs Glossy Materials

It seems I can't get quick reflection samples to be solved in specular materials vs glossy materials. In this image you see how clean the glossy (black base of the remote car exhibit) compared to the glass panels above.

What trick am I missing. It doesn't seem to matter how many samples priority I give the lights around the exhibit. Just takes longer to produce good specular results...
