thanks. yes, it is fully procedurally. only problem is that you need to adjust the scales most times. maybe i create another version with input nodes

here is another material test.. i specially like how the inner material behaves. it somehow creates the illusion of scattering

for the outer pills i have used a GaussianSpectrum modified by Ridged Fractal Noise...
